Job :
The profile sought develops and retains a client portfolio in the sector of traceability and integration solutions (barcode readers, printers, PDAs, consumables, software, etc.) and new technologies. He/she identifies needs, proposes suitable solutions, negotiates commercial offers, and ensures project follow-up until their completion.
Main Missions:
1. Commercial Development
Telephone, in-person, and digital prospecting to identify new clients.
Identifying commercial opportunities in public and private markets.
Developing and presenting commercial and technical offers.
Negotiating commercial terms and closing sales.
Monitoring the client portfolio and implementing loyalty actions.
2. Project Follow-up and Client Relations:
Order tracking in coordination with the sales administration, technical, and logistics teams.
Client support in the implementation of proposed solutions.
Assistance in managing potential disputes or complaints.
Regular reporting of commercial activity (dashboards, forecasts, etc.).
3. Monitoring and Tenders:
Active monitoring of tenders related to the sector.
Contribution to the preparation of response files in conjunction with the sales assistant.
Analysis of specifications and adaptation of offers accordingly.
Required profile :
Profile of the candidate sought:
Training from Bac+4 to Bac+5 in commerce, IT engineering, or equivalent. (Key account or tender focus)
Proven experience in B2B sales of technical or IT solutions with a portfolio.
Desired sectors: Maroc Bureau, CBI, Munysis, Disway, … etc.
A profile representing a brand is also an interesting profile.
Knowledge of traceability hardware (Barcodes, RFID, mobility) and associated software solutions.
Criteria and Soft Skills:
Excellent commercial acumen, listening, and negotiation skills.
Autonomy, rigor, and results orientation.
Ability to understand and/or draft technical specifications related to tenders.
Communication
Proficiency in CRM tools, Office Suite, tender platforms (e.g., Public Tenders).
