As part of our projects, we are looking for a Project Coordinator (OPC) responsible for ensuring the overall coordination of the construction site, acting as the interface between all stakeholders, to guarantee compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and technical requirements of the project.

His/her main missions will be the following:

• Ensure global project coordination among all stakeholders.
• Plan, organize, and monitor the progress of work.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and technical requirements.
• Act as the interface between the client, the architect, the design offices, and the contractors.
• Identify risks, anticipate constraints, and propose corrective actions.
• Ensure the technical, regulatory, and contractual compliance of the project.
• Provide regular reporting on the project's progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental rules on the construction site.
 

Training & experience:

• Bac +5 degree in civil engineering, building, public works, architecture, or equivalent.


• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, OPC, or site management.

Technical skills:

• Solid knowledge of construction processes and the various players in the construction sector.


• Proficiency in planning and scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).


• Excellent ability to read, analyze, and interpret plans and technical documents.
