Job :

  • Ensure administrative and commercial follow-up of clients and potential clients.

  • Manage orders, quotes, invoices, and deliveries.

  • Participate in commercial prospecting and sales follow-up.

  • Keep the client database and commercial reports up to date.

  • Coordinate with the logistics and accounting teams.

  • Welcome clients and respond to their requests.



Required profile :

  • A degree (Bac+2 or higher) in sales, management, marketing, or administration.

  • Good command of office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Good interpersonal skills, a service-oriented attitude, and administrative accuracy.

  • Knowledge of invoicing and commercial management (Sage, Odoo, or other software).

  • Experience in sales or distribution is a plus.
