Main tasks:





  • Design and lead technical training in automotive bodywork and paint.

  • Pass on best practices related to bodywork repairs, straightening, element replacement, and paint finishes.

  • Train on surface preparation techniques, paint application, touch-ups, and quality control.

  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety (HSE), and environmental standards.

  • Evaluate trainees' acquired skills and monitor their skill development.

  • Support field teams in continuous improvement of technical performance.
