Job :
As part of the development of our Supeco business unit, we are recruiting an Operational Project Manager.
Your main mission is to structure, manage, and follow up on the projects assigned to you for management (store openings, IT projects, logistics, operational efficiency...), ensuring their successful execution within deadlines, budgets, and objectives.
Missions & Responsibilities:
- Centralize, prioritize, and plan all strategic projects;
- Ensure the consistency of projects with the brand's roadmap;
- Provide overall reporting to Management;
- Implement project management standards (templates, processes);
- Deploy monitoring and management tools;
- Lead project meetings (monitoring committees, arbitration meetings);
- Facilitate collaboration between different departments (works, procurement, IT, operations...);
- Monitor the proper execution of action plans;
- Alert in case of deviations and propose corrective solutions;
- Prepare decision-making summaries for management committees;
- Ensure the quality and operational impact of delivered projects.
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in project management, engineering, business, or equivalent.
- Proven experience of 5 to 10 years in project management.
- Previous experience in the retail sector is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, collaborative tools).
- Cross-functional leadership, rigor, analytical skills, and synthesis skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
