Job :

  • Develop a contract management culture within the teams

  • Analyze and understand in detail how each client's contracts work

  • Raise awareness and train teams on the importance of contract management and everyone's role, focusing on the prevention of contractual risks

  • Promote best practices in contractual steering, by developing appropriate reporting tools and methods

  • Monitor the application of contractual obligations with operational teams

  • Monitor KPIs and compliance with the contractually defined performance level

  • Assistance and proactive management of claims

  • Analyze and manage contractual requests in close collaboration with operational and legal teams

  • Analyze change orders and prepare a response with operational teams and management.

  • Regularly conduct satisfaction surveys with internal clients and synchronize with operational managers to define action plans

  • Contribute to budget construction

  • Anticipate client needs from one period to another (volumes to process, impacts on team staffing needs, etc.) while proposing suitable solutions

  • Contribution to budget elaboration (Compliance with deadlines, costs, allocated budgets, etc.)




Required profile :

  • Master's degree / Higher education diploma in management/finance

  • More than 3 years of experience in contract management, ideally in a service provider environment

  • Excellent writing skills.
