You work in partnership with customers to define and execute winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer
How you will contribute
You will:
- Develop and drive broad customer relationships across levels with a key focus on building strong partnership with your counterpart at the customer.
- Manage winning customer business relationships that facilitate “best in industry” execution of our categories.
- Work closely with key stakeholders including category, activation team, sales capability and customer finance
- Fully understand category and insights knowledge, to engage and influence customers to make informed decisions that will grow our categories and deliver our annual plan.
- Create and manage the annual business plan to deliver agreed KPI’s and targets and provide reporting as required, in line with the joint business plan.
- Optimize resources to deliver the best profitability in your operations.

More about this role
- Manage day to day operations to drive exceptional excellence, deliver operational KPIs, share gain and financial targets
- Develop monthly scorecards to review with customers and track KPIs
- Work closely with the customer to develop string building blocs for your growth strategy
- Build partnership in different regions of Morocco (Regional directors, store managers), as well as central platforms and logistics teams for customers to improve processes
- Execute customer level growth strategies, ensure timely development of annual contracts, developing relationship to true partnership support by joint business plans, and category management with top customers.

Education / Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus
Job specific requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of Key accounts experience in Modern Trade/FMCG.
- Experience in confectionery or food industry is highly desirable.
Travel requirements:
- Strong filed presence with customers centrally and frequent trade visits in different regions to meet regional teams at customer level.
- Mobility is required.
