Reception & Switchboard :
- Physical reception of visitors, clients, partners
- Management of the telephone switchboard (receiving, filtering, transferring calls)
General Administration :
- Filing, archiving, data entry
- Management of office supplies
- Administrative support to various departments
GPS Tracking / Fleet Monitoring :
- Supervision of vehicle geolocation
- Updating and analyzing GPS data (reports, alerts, etc.)
Required profile :
- Education from Bac 2 to Bac +5 (e.g., Management Assistant, Secretarial, etc.)
- Previous experience in a similar role is desired
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Comfortable with digital tools (GPS tracking, dashboards, etc.)
- Presentable, Rigorous, organized, discreet, and good interpersonal skills
