Job :
Reporting to General Management, you will be responsible for supervising and managing all of the company's administrative and financial activities.
Main tasks (standard RAF in industry):
- Supervise general accounting, analytical accounting, and treasury.
- Ensure the reliability of financial statements and their regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and validate periodic and annual accounting closures.
- Manage cost control and ensure cost optimization.
- Prepare budgets, monitor their execution, and analyze discrepancies.
- Manage taxation and ensure compliance with legal and social obligations.
- Supervise internal and external audits.
- Lead and manage accounting and financial teams.
- Maintain relationships with banks, administrations, and financial partners.
- Contribute to strategic decisions as a partner to General Management.
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role in an industrial environment.
- If experience outside of industry: Minimum 10 years required.
- Proficiency in Moroccan accounting and tax standards, and management tools.
- Strong skills in team management and budget control.
- Leadership, rigor, and strategic thinking.
