Job Offer: Mid/Long Tail Commercial Support Agent – (Sidi Maarouf)
Work Location: Marjane Mall Platform – Sidi Maarouf, Casablanca
Contract Type: Temporary (with possibility of renewal)
Working Hours: Office hours, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Salary: 4000 DH net + performance bonuses
Benefits: CNSS + Private Mutual Insurance
Main Missions:
Provide commercial support to the "Mid & Long Tail" sellers on the Marjane Mall platform.
Assist sellers in uploading their products online (photos, descriptions, prices, stock levels).
Track orders, returns, and customer complaints in coordination with internal teams.
Train and assist sellers in effectively using the platform and management tools.
Monitor performance indicators and contribute to improving sales and customer satisfaction.
Required profile :
Profile Sought:
Education: Bac+2 / Bac+3 in commerce, marketing, management, or equivalent.
First experience desired in e-commerce, customer support, or sales.
Good command of computer tools (Excel, online platforms).
