Job :
Reporting to the General Management, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and monitoring the site's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policy.
Main tasks:
Identify, assess, and prevent workplace risks (fire, chemical, electrical, handling, etc.).
Monitor compliance with safety regulations and supervise the conformity of PPE.
Train and raise employee awareness on safety rules, emergency procedures, and environmental practices.
Conduct post-accident investigations and follow up on corrective actions.
Monitor HSE indicators and prepare periodic reports.
Ensure regulatory compliance of installations (air, water, waste, noise, hazardous products, etc.).
Propose and implement actions to reduce consumption and optimize energy use.
Lead waste and industrial discharge management.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and HR on health and safety actions.
Represent the company with control and inspection bodies.
Required profile :
A Master's degree (Bac+5) in Health, Safety, Environment, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HSE Manager or Officer in an industrial environment.
Proficiency in HSE standards, risk assessment tools, and reporting.
Ability to lead training sessions and unite teams around HSE challenges.
