Main tasks:





  • Entering and tracking accounting operations (client/supplier invoicing, bank reconciliations);

  • Preparing and sending accounting information to the external accounting firm;

  • Day-to-day administrative management (filing, archiving, file tracking);

  • Tracking payments and following up with clients;

  • Updating dashboards and reporting.



Required profile :

  • Higher education degree, Bac+2/Bac+3 level in accounting, management, or equivalent;

  • Proven experience in a similar role;

  • Must be proficient in Sage 100 or a more recent version;

  • Knowledge of Odoo software is a strong asset;

  • Good command of office tools, especially Excel;

  • Rigor, organization, autonomy, and discretion.
