Role Overview
The Content Developer will be responsible for producing high-quality video, photo, and AI-enhanced visual content that supports engagement, education, and conversion across e-commerce, social media, email, and marketplace platforms. This role combines hands-on content production with creative experimentation and optimization, ensuring visual assets are aligned with brand storytelling and performance goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesVisual Content Production
Shoot and edit product photography, lifestyle imagery, and educational visual assets.
Produce short-form and long-form video content including reels, testimonials, explainers, and unboxing-style videos.
Optimize visual content for use across e-commerce pages, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
AI & Creative Scaling
Use AI tools to enhance visuals, accelerate editing workflows, and scale content production efficiently.
Experiment with new creative formats, tools, and trends, with a strong emphasis on short-form video.
Collaboration & Optimization
Collaborate with marketing teams to align content production with content calendars and campaign priorities.
Ensure all visual assets support conversion goals, product education, and cohesive brand storytelling.
QualificationsExperience
3+ years of experience producing video and photo content.
Demonstrated experience creating performance-driven creative assets.
Proven portfolio showcasing video and visual content work.
Skills
Proficiency with video and photo editing tools and modern AI-based content tools.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling and content optimization for conversion.
Experience creating content for e-commerce brands is a plus.
Strong familiarity with short-form video formats and trends is a plus.
