The IT Tester's main tasks are to represent the QA team within the agile team and to ensure, at the end of the project, that the result meets the commitments in terms of quality, performance, cost, and deadlines for the scope of QA.

In this context, the tester will:

Contribute to QA for their scope:

• Develop the test strategy


• Ensure deadlines, workload, and content commitments are met


• Contribute to the validation of business specifications


• Implement traceability between specifications and tests


• Monitor and publish project acceptance quality indicators

Design tests:

• Write the test plan according to ISTQB standards


• Implement manual and/or automated test cases

Perform test campaigns:

• Execute tests on different environments (developer workstations, DIT, SIT, Pre-prod)


• Participate in US-related tests as well as business tests (end-to-end tests)


• Ensure the implementation of good QA practices and contribute to their improvement


• Propose improvements to QA activities

Manage the test environment:

• Master test environments


• Ensure, in coordination with the delivery teams, the availability of acceptance environments

Manage incident tracking:

• Create and track incidents in TFS

Work with agile methods:

• Participate in estimating the overall workload of stories within the timebox with the entire team (functional)


• Act as a link between Business and developers


• Determine, in agreement with the Team Leader and Business, which test cases to automate

• Bachelor's degree + 4 years in IT;


• 
  1 to 2 years of experience as an IT Tester;


• 
  Good command of English, both written and spoken (international team);


• Autonomous and ready to adapt to a new testing approach (Agile Testing);


• Good analytical skills for detecting difficulties and risks.
