Job :
The Tech Lead Apriso is responsible for the technical architecture, development, quality, and performance of MES solutions based on Apriso (Dassault Systèmes DELMIA Apriso). They ensure technical consistency, guide developers, and oversee integration with the industrial IT system and enterprise systems (ERP, SCADA, PLM...).
Main Responsibilities:
- Architecture & Technical Expertise
- Design the technical architecture of Apriso solutions.
- Define development standards, best practices, and security rules.
- Ensure the performance, maintainability, and scalability of MES applications.
- Make technological choices and technical decisions.
Development & Integration:
- Develop and maintain Apriso modules (Process Builder, Business Components, UIs, Workflows).
- Configure and customize Apriso according to business needs.
- Implement interfaces with:
- ERP (SAP, Oracle...)
- Automation / SCADA
- Databases and middleware
- Participate in code reviews and version management.
Technical Management & Coordination:
- Technically lead a team of developers / integrators.
- Support the team's skill development.
- Collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders, and industrial teams.
- Act as the technical point of contact with partners and software vendors.
Quality, Support & Continuous Improvement:
- Ensure the quality of deliverables (tests, documentation, compliance).
- Provide Level 3 support and resolve critical incidents.
- Participate in production and factory deployment phases.
- Propose technical improvements and innovations.
Required profile :
Education:
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in computer science, automation, industrial engineering, or equivalent.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in MES projects, ideally Apriso.
- Proven experience in development, integration, and architecture.
- Previous technical leadership experience is a plus.

- C#, .NET development (or equivalent depending on the project)
