ENGLISH-SPEAKING OFFICE MANAGER – TEMPORARY CONTRACT (PRE-RECRUITMENT)

As part of strengthening its teams, a company operating in the oil sector is recruiting an English-speaking Office Manager on a temporary contract with the possibility of pre-recruitment.
Main missions:
Ensure the administrative and operational management of the office
Supervise and coordinate the reception team (scheduling, supervision, quality of reception)
Manage the physical and telephone reception of visitors (clients, partners, suppliers)
Organize the schedules, meetings, and travel of the management
Ensure the follow-up of supplies, service providers, and general services
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and the company's good image
Required profile :
Profile sought:
Degree in management, administration, or equivalent
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
Perfect command of French and English (spoken and written) – essential
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Sense of leadership, rigor, and discretion
Good command of office software
