In addition to details, your mission consists of:

• Deploying new infrastructure components (chassis, servers) and associated technical environments.
• Actively contributing to the deployment of customer infrastructures and projects.
• Identifying, formalizing, and consolidating needs for infrastructure deployment.
• Developing and maintaining installation procedures and internal technical documentation.
• Updating and ensuring the consistency of technical repositories and Delivery processes.
• Anticipating and communicating risks, managing deployment-related incidents.
• Ensuring regular reporting on the progress of activities.
• Participating in the definition, scope, and management of new deployment projects.
• Supervising, coaching, and developing the skills of team members, especially on complex projects.
• Contributing to the implementation and monitoring of indicators to visualize the progress and delivery deadlines of infrastructures.
• Developing and maintaining automation tools (scripts) for system administration and deployment.
• Participating in Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives and meetings for the evolution of active infrastructures (especially VMware).
• Ensuring coordination with internal engineering teams and support teams.
• Proposing optimizations for monitoring, automation, and deployment tools to industrialize processes.
• Studying customer capacity needs and providing the necessary resources for projects.

With a Master's degree (engineering school or equivalent university degree), you have excellent interpersonal skills and at least 5 years of significant experience as a systems expert, particularly in deploying physical and virtual infrastructures.

Technical Skills:
Proven experience in deploying active infrastructures (chassis, blade servers, rack servers, etc.).
Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems.
Good knowledge of operating tools such as HPe OneView, Dell OpenManage, vRealize Operations (vROps), etc.
Solid understanding of system, network, and storage architectures.
Proficiency in virtualization technologies (VMware, ESXi, vSphere, etc.).
Knowledge of virtualization-related equipment, especially Blade Centers and SAN/NAS storage solutions.

Desired Skills:
Certification in Data Center Virtualization (or equivalent).
Good knowledge of hardware from major manufacturers: Dell, HPe.
Familiarity with Quality processes, Continuous Improvement principles, and associated standards.
Skills in network component administration: TCP/IP protocols, switching, routing, as well as storage, backup, and archiving.
