As part of strengthening our teams and strategic projects around Oracle HCM Cloud, we are recruiting an Experienced to Senior Oracle HCM Consultant.
You will be involved in implementation, ongoing support (TMA), and Rollout projects for national and international clients, in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
Main missions :
- As an Oracle HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Working on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations with a technical focus
- Designing, developing, and maintaining HCM integrations (inbound / outbound)
- Developing and maintaining interfaces using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Web Services (REST/SOAP)
- Designing and developing BI Publisher and OTBI reports
- Developing and optimizing Fast Formulas (absence, payroll, business rules)
- Participating in Oracle version upgrades and analyzing technical impacts
- Providing technical ongoing support: analysis, diagnosis, and incident resolution
- Working on Rollout projects (multi-country technical adaptations)
- Participating in technical and integration testing
- Ensuring the quality, performance, and security of developments
- Writing technical documentation
Required profile :
Education
- Master's degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent)
Experience
- 3 to 7 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
- Significant experience in technical or techno-functional roles
- Experience in implementation, ongoing support (TMA), and Rollout
Soft skills
