As the Employee Experience Manager, your mission will be to design, propose, lead, and monitor the implementation of all plans contributing to an optimal employee experience, from recruitment through integration, the first 90 days, etc., in order to ensure loyalty, a sense of belonging, and commitment from all employee categories.

Your missions:

• Define the best candidate experience in line with the group's culture and its breakdown into plans, policies, and processes;


• Design comprehensive integration plans per position to ensure a 360° onboarding for new hires;


• Be the guarantor of the application of all processes related to your scope;


• Implement continuous training programs and succession plans in line with the group's growth strategy and all future recruitment needs by role;


• Contribute to the implementation of a stimulating work environment by establishing a framework conducive to motivation, creativity, and teamwork;


• Work in close collaboration with the People & Culture Country Manager in identifying needs related to HR development and taking necessary action to plan, present, implement, and monitor all required actions.

• Minimum education level of Bachelor's degree + 4 years in Human Resources, Communication, Work Psychology, Marketing (HR);
• Proven experience in HR development with an emphasis on aspects related to improving social climate, satisfaction, employee well-being and development, recruitment, etc.;
• Very good ability to speak in public and mastery of techniques for facilitating work groups, workshops, and awareness sessions;
• You are an agile person who combines creativity, organizational skills, and mastery of project-based work techniques;
• Proficiency in computer tools and the Office suite (Emphasis on presentation software);
• Very good management of the operations calendar and time management tools.
