As a Sales Representative under the guidance of our Facilitators, you'll play a vital role in delivering cutting-edge digital marketing solutions to elevate companies' online presence.

  • Prospect and qualify leads: Generate a steady pipeline of qualified SMB leads through cold calling and email outreach.


  • Conduct needs assessments: Understand the unique challenges and goals of each prospect through insightful conversations.


  • Present persuasive proposals: Tailor customized digital marketing solutions that address specific needs and demonstrate clear value propositions.


  • Negotiate and close deals: Secure agreements with prospects, overcoming objections and ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.


  • Maintain and grow relationships: Build trust and foster long-term client relationships through excellent communication and ongoing support.


  • Achieve and exceed sales targets: Contribute to the team's success by meeting or exceeding individual and team sales quotas.


  • Track and report results: Accurately record sales activities, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.



Required profile :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with clients.

  • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities, capable of effectively addressing objections..

  • Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing principles and trends, fueled by a passion for the industry.

  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and other pertinent sales tools.

  • Experience in cold calling and lead generation.

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the digital marketing or technology sector.
