Deloitte Extended Services, based in Casablanca, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Deloitte France and is a fully integrated service center.

In support of various member firms, Deloitte Extended Services mobilizes its talents to serve clients of all sizes and sectors, covering a wide range of offers: Audit and Risk Advisory, Consulting, Legal & Tax, and Support Functions. Our Delivery Center also positions itself as a center of expertise in new technologies in Morocco and within the Deloitte Group. Our consultants and experts work on large-scale projects, with a diversity of assignments and sectors on an international scale.

Your role
You will join our Data teams as a Junior Data Analyst to work on various assignments aimed at supporting our clients in their data transformation projects and their risk management challenges. Your missions will be:

• Audit and Control Analytics:
• You will implement advanced data analysis techniques to replace traditional audit procedures.
• Data Preparation:
• You will process and transform data using Python (Numpy, Pandas).
• Data Analytics:
• You will analyze data to identify anomalies and justify variances.
• Data Visualization:
• You will implement dashboards and exploratory analysis tools on our clients' risk data.
• Data Modeling and Data Architecture:
• You will assist in defining and implementing data hubs, usage governance, and data modeling.
• Data Science:
• You will perform predictions and modeling on regulatory or financial business topics (e.g., quantification, credit risk...), as well as on operational assignments (e.g., sales forecasting, project risk forecasting...).

You will develop a set of skills, shared with our international network, structured around the following dimensions: leadership, business, and specialization. You will participate in the training programs offered to progressively strengthen these skills and acquire new ones. Throughout your experience, you will grow thanks to close management, accountability, and personalized support.

What if it were you?

You hold an engineering degree or a Master's degree (Bac +5) with a specialization in computer science or Business Intelligence/Big Data, and ideally have initial experience (including internships) in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics in the fields of data management, analysis, and interpretation,

You have knowledge of the following technological environments:

Data Preparation: Python (Pandas, NumPy), ETL (Talend, Informatica, SSIS...).

Data Visualization: PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik...

Data Query: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSql, SQL Server)

Big Data: Cloudera, Spark, Hive, Pyspark, Impal

Data Science: Dataiku, Knime, IBM SPSS.

You are a good communicator and a team player,
