Job offer – Payroll Specialist / Payroll Specialist

We are recruiting for our client, a company operating in the pharmaceutical sector, a Payroll Specialist who perfectly masters payroll management, personnel administration, and the SAGE Payroll software.
Main tasks:
- Prepare and process monthly payroll in compliance with Moroccan legislation and internal procedures.
- Collect, verify, and enter payroll variables (attendance, absences, leave, bonuses, penalties, etc.).
- Ensure administrative management of personnel: contracts, amendments, HR files, certificates, declarations.
- Complete social security (CNSS, AMO, CIMR, Mutual insurance, etc.) and tax declarations on time.
- Ensure the control and compliance of pay slips.
- Manage HR movements: arrivals, departures, termination settlements, de-registrations.
- Respond to employee questions regarding payroll and social rights.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards related to payroll.
- Collaborate with the Finance department for monthly closings.
- Participate in improving payroll and HR administration procedures.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Bachelor's degree to Master's degree in Management, HR, Accounting, or equivalent.
- Mandatory experience of 2 to 4 years in payroll management, ideally in an industrial or pharmaceutical environment.
- Essential mastery of SAGE Payroll software.
- Very good knowledge of the Labor Code and social obligations.
- Rigor, attention to detail, confidentiality, and autonomy.
- Excellent organization and respect for deadlines.
