Job :
We are looking for a dynamic and competent Quality Engineer (H/F) to join our HUIR team.
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
1. Management of the quality approach and risk management
- Participate in the design, implementation, and development of the continuous improvement approach for the quality and safety of care.
- Ensure the operational implementation of quality objectives and action plans within the various medical, medico-technical, and administrative departments.
- Provide expertise and methodological support for any quality, improvement, and risk management initiative.
- Maintain regulatory watch related to quality, risk management, and health surveillance.
2. Development of a quality and safety culture
- Actively participate in developing a quality and safety culture among all professionals.
- Train and support teams in problem-solving methods and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (healthcare professionals, administrative and medico-technical staff) to support the quality dynamic on the ground.
3. Monitoring of professional practices and document management
- Manage the establishment's document control (procedures, protocols, reference documents).
- Participate in internal audits and evaluations of professional practices.
- Contribute to the functioning of thematic committees (monitoring action plans, collecting and analyzing indicators).
4. Management of adverse events and feedback
- Ensure the analysis of adverse events and lead feedback initiatives (CREX, RMM, REMED...).
- Contribute to the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
5. Certification, accreditation, and labeling
- Support the hospital in its certification, accreditation, and labeling processes (Accreditation Canada International, ISO, etc.).
- Actively participate in certification processes.
6. Patient experience and satisfaction
- Collect, analyze, and use patient satisfaction and experience indicators as levers for improvement.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of patient satisfaction for hospitalized patients.
- Handle patient complaints and grievances with a focus on improving practices.
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in quality management or health sciences.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality, preferably in the healthcare sector or a hospital setting.
- Knowledge of methods, techniques, and tools for evaluating quality approaches
- Knowledge of process and risk analysis techniques
- Knowledge of survey and audit techniques
- Knowledge of problem analysis and resolution methods
