Required profile :

To excel in this role, a solid academic background is essential. We are looking for someone with a Bac +3 level degree, which has provided you with the theoretical foundations necessary for the function. Higher education in fields such as Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Professional Training will be particularly appreciated. This initial training will have equipped you with fundamental knowledge in labor law, administrative management, and communication techniques, thus preparing you to calmly face the challenges of the position.

We place great importance on practical experience. Ideally, you have between 1 and 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably within a dynamic environment like call centers. Whether this experience was gained during a first significant job or through several internships/work-study programs focused on HR and administration, it should have allowed you to develop a concrete understanding of administrative issues and human relations within a company. Initial exposure to personnel file management or employee support will be a major asset.

Beyond diplomas and years of experience, your skills will make the difference. Excellent command of computer tools, especially the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), is essential. Your organizational skills, your rigor, and your attention to detail will be your best allies in efficiently managing administrative tasks. Excellent interpersonal skills, a great capacity for listening, and a sense of internal customer service are paramount for interacting with employees and managers. Discretion and confidentiality are absolutely required qualities for handling sensitive information. Proficiency in the French language, both spoken and written, is a prerequisite.
