GENERAL MISSION
The teacher is responsible for teaching activities within the Sports Excellence program and actively contributes to the implementation of the Establishment's educational and teaching project.
MAIN MISSIONS
• Ensure quality teaching aimed at preparing students to succeed in the sports excellence program;
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the annual educational activities plan;
• Participate in the design of tools and the organization of diagnostic assessment, as well as the use and analysis of results in the taught subject;
• Adapt learning methods to the specifics of the “Sports Excellence” program by using new teaching technologies (Learning Management System) and digital tools, particularly for organizing distance learning (flipped classroom) and providing remedial sessions;
• Produce pedagogical and informational documents, including teaching manuals (courses, tutorials, practical work, information guides for students) and digital content (videos, MOOCs, etc.);
• Adopt a flexible classroom organization as needed (differentiated instruction) to organize learning according to student levels;
• Provide support to students throughout their educational journey, methodologically, pedagogically, and personally (psychologically, emotionally, and relationally);
• Implement scientific, cultural, and artistic projects to develop students' social and civic skills;
• Supervise and provide personalized follow-up for students throughout the year, including during internships and sports competitions;
• Implement remediation and catch-up measures, particularly through supervised evening study sessions;
• Constantly adapt to schedule changes dictated by the calendar of various sports disciplines;
• Help students access necessary information about studies and careers, in collaboration with various Establishment entities, including the head of the documentation and information center (CDI) and the guidance counselor;
• Contribute to the implementation of the Establishment's educational project through activities that broaden students' horizons and foster their personal growth;
• Participate in the Establishment's management bodies and projects as a designated member of the Establishment Council, level or subject coordinator, or main teacher, etc.;
• Participate in information meetings organized for parents;
• Propose and implement innovative teaching projects after approval from the management;
• Contribute to the student selection and communication campaign.
Required profile :
PROFILE
• Bachelor's degree (BAC+3 level) in the relevant specialty;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in qualifying secondary education mathematics teaching;
• Proficiency in various learning methods and digital teaching tools such as collaborative tools, LMS, etc...
