This position represents a unique opportunity to lead the Integrated Management System (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) initiatives on construction sites and to actively contribute to our operational excellence.

As SMI Manager, your mission will be to implement and maintain the integrated management system (Quality, Safety, Environment, Energy, etc.) on site, to ensure the implementation of SMI objectives in accordance with current standards, and to regularly report to the SMI management on the functioning of the management systems put in place.

To excel in this role, a solid academic background is essential. A Master's degree (Bac+5) in QHSE management or equivalent is required.

This position is for experienced professionals, capable of taking responsibility and bringing operational expertise. Confirmed experience of at least 3 years in similar roles, ideally gained on construction projects or in the civil engineering sector, is essential.
