Job :
Reporting to the Planning Manager, your main tasks will be:
• Ensure the coordination of warehouse logistics operations and guarantee compliance with stock management processes.
• Track the inflow and outflow of goods, while updating the stock management system (ERP).
• Supervise the reception of goods and check their conformity in terms of quantity and quality.
• Organize and plan the activities of the warehouse team, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for the Logistics Manager.
• Apply the 5S methodology, propose improvement actions to optimize logistics processes, and train teams on best practices and tools.
Required profile :
Holding a Bachelor's degree (BAC+3) in Logistics/Supply Chain, you have at least 2 years of confirmed experience in a similar role within an industrial company.
- You master ERP tools and logistics management software.
- You have a good knowledge of safety standards and good logistics practices.
- You possess excellent skills in organization, planning, and problem-solving.
- You have a recognized ability to communicate effectively and lead a team.
