Job :
Manage and coordinate projects for the deployment, expansion, and optimization of mobile radio networks (2G/3G/4G/5G), ensuring technical quality, on-time delivery, budget adherence, and regulatory compliance.
Project Management
Develop and monitor the deployment project schedule
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineering, field, quality)
Manage budgets and optimize deployment costs
Report to management and clients
Stakeholder Management
Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
Coordinate with engineering and operations teams
Manage interfaces with regulatory authorities
Communicate with internal and external clients
Required profile :
Education
Engineering degree in telecommunications, electronics, or equivalent
Additional training in project management is appreciated
Experience
5 to 10 years of experience in mobile radio network deployment
Proven experience in technical project management
Knowledge of the telecommunications sector
Technical Skills
Proficiency in radio technologies: GSM, UMTS, LTE, 5G
Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMI, Prince2)
Knowledge of 3GPP standards and ARCEP regulations
