Job :
We are recruiting for the establishment of our internal center in Morocco, Activity Management Officers. You will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating client files for technical installations.
As a key link between different departments, you will be in contact with field technicians, clients, and various services. You are the strategic link in the entire chain: production, monitoring, billing, customer satisfaction, and promotion of our brand image.
Under the responsibility of an operations manager, your missions will be:
Receive phone calls or written requests from our partners and clients.
Schedule and transmit work orders to field technicians.
Process intervention reports from technicians.
Contact clients, technicians, and suppliers to organize and coordinate interventions.
Evaluate and ensure client satisfaction.
Required profile :
Required qualifications and skills:
• Bac +2 minimum (Associate's degree or equivalent).
• Perfect command of the French language, both spoken and written.
• First experience in FTTH will be a plus.
• High sense of rigor and precision.
• Good analytical and synthesis skills.
• Good communication and service skills.
• Professional, dynamic, and results-oriented.
• Good command of computer tools.
