As a business analyst for commercial offers, you are at the heart of our partner's business cases and are responsible for:

• Analysis of marketing requests for the Residential and/or Professional market segments


• Design, implementation, and testing of offers to be configured in the IS.


• This configuration allows them to be marketed, delivered, and then invoiced in the IS.


• You will be in direct contact with marketing and business representatives and very close to the very dynamic telecommunications news.


• Lead meetings with stakeholders


• Identify impacts on the IS for marketing requests


• Estimating and feasibility study


• Participate in scoping meetings for complex projects

Graduated from higher education level Bac+5 or more in IT, with experience up to 5 years in information systems.

Skills sought:

• Experience in the telecommunications world would be desirable


• Cross-functional knowledge of the main components of an information system (Order Taking, Delivery, Billing, etc.)


• Professional experience in configuration and parameterization activities would be an asset


• You are used to handling sensitive data


• You have a recognized ability to work cross-functionally, to obtain and integrate contributions, to communicate and coordinate among many stakeholders (business, marketing, and particularly those of the information system).


• You enjoy working in a dynamic environment serving the business (Be responsive and adapt to change)


• You have a real sense of commitment and a great team spirit.


• You have perfect mastery of French, both written and spoken.
