What You'll Do
As a Recruiting Assistant within the BCG X EMESA Recruiting Team, you will play a key role in ensuring an outstanding Candidate Experience and supporting the efficient execution of recruiting operations across BCG X, with a particular focus on X Delivery. You will collaborate closely with recruiters to coordinate interviews, manage scheduling with candidates and interviewers, oversee last-minute adjustments, and maintain accurate documentation and tracking across all pipelines.
You will assist in both campus and experienced-hire recruitment, contribute to the organization of recruiting days and events, and support multiple talent pipelines - occasionally extending coverage to additional countries when required. While your primary scope is the Casablanca hub, you will work in partnership with regional and global teams, contributing to process effectiveness and supporting broader recruiting initiatives. During peak periods, you may also be involved in sourcing activities and pipeline support, gaining insight into the broader talent acquisition lifecycle.
YOU’RE GOOD AT
- Acting as a co-owner of the Candidate Experience, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and a consistent, high-quality process at every stage.
- Maintaining continuous and structured communication with candidates, offering clear guidance, timely updates, and transparent expectations for each interview step, in line with BCG’s highest standards.
- Managing all scheduling activities, including coordinating interviewer availability, confirming logistics, and resolving urgent rescheduling needs with precision and composure.
- Supporting recruiters across high-volume pipelines by updating trackers, maintaining systems, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in all documentation.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of campus and recruiting events, ensuring seamless logistical coordination and high-quality preparation.
- Collaborating on targeted hiring campaigns, volume recruitment efforts, and employer-branding activities.
- Maintaining organized and up-to-date candidate pipelines within the applicant tracking system.
- Providing occasional support with sourcing, including job postings, monitoring applications, and preliminary talent mapping.
- Operating with accuracy and reliability in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a high standard of detail orientation.
- Building constructive working relationships with regional and global recruiting teams and contributing to ongoing process improvement and internal initiatives.
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
In this role, you will build a strong foundation in talent acquisition and gain exposure to the full breadth of recruiting activities within a global, high-performance organization. You will develop:
- Insight into full-cycle recruiting, gaining visibility into all stages of the process by supporting activities from sourcing to offer.
- Experience in campus recruitment, understanding how early-talent strategies are developed and how events and outreach initiatives are executed.
- Foundational employer branding knowledge, through involvement in activities that strengthen BCG and BCG X’s market presence.
- Strategic sourcing competencies, including exposure to talent mapping, market insights, and sourcing methodologies.
- Stakeholder management skills, working closely with interviewers, hiring managers, HR teams, Staffing, and Consulting teams.
- Operational excellence, developing strong prioritization, organization, and process management skills in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Ideally, 1 year of relevant experience gained through internships or entry-level roles in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR coordination, or similar functions; experience in analytics consulting, professional services, or international organizations is a plus.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to adapt effectively in fast-paced, evolving contexts.
- A genuine interest in Candidate Experience, campus recruiting, and event coordination, with initial exposure to these areas.
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage.
- Clear, concise, and professional communication skills.
- A proactive, positive attitude and a collaborative approach, paired with accountability for the tasks assigned.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
- Ability to work effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, Staffing, and Consulting teams.
