Holiday Centers Reservation Management
Subject of the mission:
To manage reservations for the 7 holiday centers (Tamaris, Bouznika, Ifrane, Imouzzer, Marrakech, Cabo Negro, Résidence Abdelmoula) according to the company's social policy and the COS decisions.
Scope:
Beneficiaries: active employees, retirees, widows, dependents, debit customers, partner organizations, off-season customers.
Seasonal centers (Tamaris, Bouznika, Imouzzer, Cabo Negro) and year-round/event centers (Ifrane, Marrakech, R. Abdelmoula).
Objectives:
- Guarantee fair access to the centers.
- Optimize occupancy and management of social assets.
- Ensure quality of service and compliance with COS procedures.
Main tasks:
- Manage reservation requests and confirmations.
- Plan and coordinate with center managers.
- Administrative, financial follow-up, and COS reporting.
- Handle complaints and continuously improve services.
Organization:
Under the authority of the Director of Social Affairs, in coordination with the managers, the accounting department, and the COS.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Proven experience in administrative management, coordination, or reservations.
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, scheduling software, email).
- Rigor, organization, and planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
- Adaptability to a versatile and seasonal environment.
- Discretion and respect for the confidentiality of beneficiary data.
