Within the Human Resources department, you will contribute to HR development, sourcing, and the management of CVs and job offers,
Your tasks will be:
- Analysis of internal client needs.
- Writing job descriptions.
- Publishing job ads to recruit candidates according to client requests.
- Searching for candidates (CVs) via job boards, recruitment sites, and social networks, etc.
- Conducting pre-qualification of candidates through phone interviews and highlighting skills based on needs.
- Writing summaries of interviews.
Required profile :
With a Bac+4/5 degree in Human Resources Management / RECRUITMENT or IT, we offer you an internship that will allow us to train you in our recruitment methods for IT professions.
We are looking for the candidate to have:
- Commercial sense and negotiation skills.
