Job :
Your main tasks will be:
- To lead and develop the skills of a team of backend developers spread internationally.
- To organize rituals (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- To perform code reviews, support best practices, and ensure technical quality.
- To collaborate with the Country Manager and PM to estimate tasks, prioritize backlogs, and plan sprints.
- To monitor progress, raise alerts, and adjust resources if needed.
- To ensure deadlines and technical commitments are met.
- To provide clear and regular reporting on development progress to the product, tech, and management teams.
- To anticipate technical risks and propose solutions.
- To coordinate interactions with QA, DevOps, security, and support teams.
Required profile :
- Master's degree in Computer Science from a top engineering school or equivalent.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in PHP development.
- 2+ years in a Lead Developer or Tech Lead role with direct team management.
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban), planning and tracking tools (Jira).
- Comfortable in managing technical projects, prioritizing tasks, and making quick decisions.
- Ability to work remotely with multicultural teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in French and English.
- Solution-oriented, autonomous, collaborative spirit, and sense of responsibility.
- An interest in artificial intelligence or experience with AI tools is a real asset.
