We are seeking a skilled AQA Engineer to join our global QA team and contribute to the development of robust and scalable test automation frameworks.
Based in our Boulogne-Billancourt HQ (or Casablanca, if applicable), you will play a key role in integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines and ensuring product reliability through end-to-end validation processes.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with QA and development teams, influence test strategies, and help shape the quality culture across squads.
You will contribute to our regression automation efforts while mentoring junior team members and driving continuous improvement in test coverage and efficiency.
This role requires a solid understanding of automation frameworks, scripting, and QA tooling, along with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Build and maintain automated test suites for various products and features Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality and deployment Collaborate with QA and development teams on regression and acceptance test automation Design scalable and maintainable test frameworks Handle complex scenarios including multi-user flows and edge cases Lead the design and execution of automated regression tests Contribute to test case library maintenance and QA process optimization Mentor junior automation engineers and support QA best practices Act as an interface with technical leads and participate in product validation decisions PROFILE & SKILLS Must-Have Strong experience in automation frameworks and CI/CD integration Ability to work independently and handle complexity in test automation Experience in designing and maintaining scalable testing infrastructure Solid scripting and system integration skills Familiarity with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Jenkins, and DevOps Testing frameworks Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Nice to Have ISTQB certifications: Advanced Test Analyst, API Testing, etc.
Experience mentoring or leading QA engineers Experience in Agile environments with cross-functional squads
