Job :
Reporting to the Director of the Commitments and Operations Pole, your main responsibilities will be to:
Propose and implement appropriate settlement actions and solutions, as well as legal actions to be initiated depending on the complexity of the assigned cases, in compliance with current validation processes;
Ensure analysis and monitoring of cases;
Conduct an in-depth analysis of the case (case content, relationship history and actions, risk indicators and alerts, assessment of recovery chances and success of an amicable negotiation approach...)
Carry out further investigations and define orientations on strategy and action levers;
Ensure the collection, review, and finalization of elements for cases transferred to recovery;
Negotiate and structure settlement proposals and their implementation;
Ensure rigorous monitoring of the adherence to promises / plans agreed upon with clients on cases in Recovery not yet regularized;
Ensure the achievement of assigned objectives in terms of debt recovery;
Monitor missions and work assigned to the amicable and structuring recovery firm;
Monitor work related to contentious cases handed over to lawyers, follow up with various external stakeholders, and track the progress of various legal proceedings initiated;
Monitor with lawyers the progress of various legal proceedings initiated and manage their performance;
Contribute to maintaining good relationships with lawyers and legal correspondents to optimize recovery;
Represent FINEA before judicial experts and courts;
Develop dashboards for flow control and performance management of the recovery activity;
Defend the interests of FINEA while accurately and discerningly considering the arguments of the opposing party and individual situations, while ensuring the exhaustion of all possible avenues of appeal;
Administrative management of files and reporting.
Required profile :
Master's degree + 5 in private law;
a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a firm specializing in debt recovery for business loans or in the credit institutions and financial sector.
