Job :
- Sourcing, identifying, assessing, and introducing multiple IT tech profiles to Hiring Managers based in Canada
- Participating in internal and external sourcing actions
- Participating in intake and calibration sessions with Hiring Managers
- Reporting data, generating metrics, and participating in continuous improvement workstreams and meetings with the rest of the team
- Keeping a tight follow-up of the candidate database and history
- Effectively and proactively managing your recruiting agenda
- Actively using all the tools at your disposal to continuously source requested profiles, especially social media platforms like LinkedIn
- Mastering the necessary research and approach techniques to detect and interact directly (phone, email) with suitable candidates
Required profile :
- Proven experience as an IT recruiter in a multinational or hiring agency environment
- A degree, ideally in a tech field (Coding, network, IT support, etc.)
- Good English fluency (oral and written)
- Organizational and prioritizing capabilities
- Good knowledge of IT tech recruiting market trends
- Flexible, proactive, and contributive by nature
- A dynamic initiative taker
