Job :

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both French and English.

  • Provide accurate information about products and services.

  • Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.

  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.




Required profile :

  • Fluency in French and English (both spoken and written).


  • Previous experience in customer service or client relations preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
