Key Responsibilities:
 

• Contribute to BA frameworks, reusable assets, and best practices.


• Support organizational reporting, audit, and quality assurance.


• Mentor junior BAs and build a learning culture.


• Participate in cross-functional initiatives and knowledge-sharing forums.


• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements.


• Create AS-IS and TO-BE process models, use cases, and personas.


• Support backlog refinement with Product Owners.


• Define acceptance criteria and support UAT preparation.


• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders.


• Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements and delivery outcomes.


• Collaborate with developers, testers, and solution architects to ensure alignment.


• Participate in retrospectives and lessons learned to improve delivery.


• Agile mindset, with a flexible and adaptable approach to delivering against business priorities

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering.


• 8-10 years of total experience including 6+ years of experience in BA roles, with insurance domain expertise.


• Strong experience in requirements engineering and agile delivery.


• Skilled in process modelling, stakeholder mgmt, and discovery facilitation


• Exceptional analytical capabilities with strong probing and problem-solving skills


• Exposure to one or more core insurance domain areas with experience working closely with OE business units (Sales, Claims, Product)


• Experience in ABS/BMP/GRP2/Guidewire or equivalent core insurance platforms.


• In-depth knowledge of BMP assets and underlying architecture


• Skilled in Jira, Confluence, Visio, BPMN.


• IIBA CBAP or equivalent certification


• ABSL1/ABSL2/ABAC certification would be added advantage
