The main objective is to ensure the efficient and accurate management of spare parts stock, by optimizing reception, storage, and shipping processes. You will be responsible for keeping inventories up-to-date, tracking products, and meeting customer demands as quickly as possible. Your rigor and organization will be key assets to achieve these goals, thus contributing to the overall performance of the company. You will work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and impeccable quality service.
Your main responsibilities as a STOCK MANAGER include:
Receiving and checking delivered spare parts.
Storing parts according to defined safety and organization standards.
Preparing orders and shipments.
Managing inventories and keeping computer data up-to-date.
Maintaining and cleaning the warehouse.
Monitoring stock levels and alerting in case of stockouts or defective products.
Collaborating with the team to ensure optimal warehouse operation.
You must demonstrate great precision in your work and rigorous stock management to avoid errors and optimize service efficiency.
Required profile :
The ideal profile requires a Bac +2 level of education, ideally with a specialization in Sales Administration / After-Sales Service, Commercial / Sales / Export, or any other equivalent training. Knowledge of stock management software would be a considerable asset. Internal training will be provided.
A first professional experience of one to two years as a warehouse keeper or in a similar position is desired. However, motivated candidates demonstrating strong potential will also be considered. Your experience, even if short, in stock management or in a similar environment, will be a significant asset for your application. More important than quantitative experience will be your ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment.
Beyond academic qualifications and experience, several skills are essential for success in this role. It is important to be organized, rigorous, and methodical in your work. Good command of computer tools is necessary. Furthermore, strong stock management skills, a great ability to adapt, good interpersonal skills, and excellent teamwork are required.
