As a General Services Agent at Aptiv, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of facility services and administrative support across the organization. You will manage the general services, ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment while supporting daily operations.
Your Role:
- Manage the transport of employee
- Follow the Trackers of the catering and transport service providers.
- Monitor and control the catering in general
- Organisation of bus flow
- Monitor the work of security guards on a regular basics
- Ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with environmental standards
- Check compliance with hygiene standards in the refectory, cloakroom and site
- Check compliance with safety standards within the site.
- Display safety instructions
Your Background:
Two-year or three-year degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Facility management or Office Management.
+1 year of experience in administrative support, facility management, or similar roles.
Knowledge in general services management.
Strong problem-solving skills.
