We are recruiting skills managers to handle end-to-end commitments for our clients.
The successful candidate will have prior experience in Skills Management and People Management, as well as pre-sales support.
We are looking for a responsible, articulate, and motivated manager, capable of quickly identifying vulnerabilities and obstacles, and then developing creative solutions to all problems.
You will be responsible for managing a significant number of employees and communicating performance indicators and performance measures (KPIs). We offer attractive remuneration and opportunities for career growth.
Responsibilities of the Skills Manager:
Analyze staffing needs.
Recruit consultants for their area.
Ensure the needs of their teams in terms of tools and working conditions.
Ensure the conformity of the consultants' salary grid.
Deploy the HR policy and processes of ADC Morocco.
Ensure compliance with internal regulations and all rules applied within the company.
Administratively manage the consultants in their area.
Contribute to the development of service offerings within the Skills Department.
Identify and promote the talents within their team.
Manage the entry and exit of consultants from projects.
Required profile :
Master's degree (BAC+5) in Management or Engineering, you have acquired significant experience of 6 years as a Skills Manager or People Manager, ideally in the Telecom sector.
You are an English speaker and have a good level of English, both spoken and written.
Skills:
Good knowledge of network environments, telecommunications, and associated services.
You have already developed a proven ability to manage teams in an Offshore/Nearshore environment.
Good communication skills; you are dynamic, responsive, and have the ability to manage conflicts.
You will liaise with clients to meet their needs and build quality relationships.
Ability to anticipate and step back, autonomous and versatile, results-oriented.
You are organized, open-minded, and responsible, and will be able to lead engineers.
You are proactive and have the demanding "corporate mindset" of versatility, agility, and organization.
Your leadership and operational rigor, your sense of project work, and your autonomy will also be essential to master the challenges of this position.
