Your mission: provide complete and quality support to customers while ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
As an Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Making and managing outbound calls to customers and prospects,
- Listening, diagnosing needs, and providing precise, adapted solutions,
- Proposing additional sales in response to requests,
- Applying established processes and mastering internal tools,
- Communicating any useful information to improve service quality,
- Achieving and exceeding set qualitative and quantitative objectives.
We are looking for motivated and attentive candidates who have:
- A high school diploma or higher,
- Excellent French language skills, both spoken and written,
- A strong sense of customer service and commercial skills,
- Good computer skills,
- Regular attendance, punctuality, and a sense of commitment
