Job :

  • Manage daily financial transactions;

  • Manage consumable stock (supplies);

  • Manage documentation and archiving;

  • Actively promote the institution's products and services to attract new customers and retain existing ones;

  • Provide personalized advice to clients on products and services adapted to their needs;

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, risks, and existing procedures;

  • Ensure good customer relationship management at every point of contact with the client;

  • Represent and preserve the Arrawaj Brand within its area of operation.




Required profile :

Associate's degree (Bac + 2) in Management, Economics, Accounting, and Finance;
Experience in a similar role is a plus;
Rigor, organizational skills, and good stress management;
Good command of computer tools.
