As part of the development of our business targeting the Canadian market (Quebec), we are hiring a Reservation and Customer Contact Agent.
Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you will be key to the customer experience and the first point of contact with our clients. Your role will be to manage reservations, assist clients, and ensure a quality, precise, and responsive service.
Your tasks:
Respond to reservation requests via phone, email, chat, and online forms
Check availability, enter customer information, and send confirmations
Manage group reservations and special requests
Inform clients about services, prices, conditions, and policies
Offer additional services tailored to client needs
Resolve most requests during the first contact
Follow up with clients and make reminders if necessary
Required profile :
Key skills:
Excellent oral and written communication in French
Comfortable on the phone and customer service oriented
Ability to manage multiple tools and applications at the same time
Good command of office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Fast typing skills and strong attention to detail
Organization, rigor, and adherence to procedures
