We are looking for a Fluids Business Manager to join our Actemium Tangier team. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in electronics, electrical engineering, or automation, with proven expertise in technical and commercial project management.

Responsibilities:

• Complete project management, from design to commissioning, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.


• Development and management of customer relations, ensuring regular follow-up and identifying new business opportunities.


• Coordination of internal and external teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.


• Analysis of customer needs and proposal of adapted solutions, in collaboration with technical and commercial teams.


• Competitive monitoring and tracking of market developments to maintain the company's competitiveness.

• Engineering degree from a reputable school, preferably with a specialization in Electricity, Electromechanics, Industrial Electronics, Automation, or a related field.


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with solid project management experience.


• Advanced commercial management skills, with the ability to develop new business opportunities and retain existing clients.


• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and motivate employees.


• Results-oriented, with a strong customer focus and a well-developed sense of customer satisfaction.
