Job :
Your main activities will be:
• Support / Service Operations:
- Analysis and treatment of incidents/anomalies from application users or customer complaints.
- Preparation, execution, and monitoring of service operations (database querying, bulk updates, …) which are recurring, such as analyzing and processing orders in error, database operations.
- Collaboration with the operator (environment manager) for the treatment of production incidents.
- Participation in skill development and transfer of activities to support levels N1 (N1 being the first level of anomaly reception) and N2.
• Maintenance:
- Maintenance management: prioritization of fixes, in collaboration with Project Owners/Project Managers.
- Tracking of production bugs and reporting to projects for correction.
- Monitoring of deployments.
• QS Improvement / Reporting:
- Analysis of recurring incidents and proposal of solutions: writing Change Requests (CR) – Problem identification.
- Leading meetings on error treatment progress.
- Contribution to meetings for analysis and improvement of the quality of applications within your scope.
- Development of improvement proposals for data, flows, or recurring operations using complementary or integrated software
Required profile :
With a higher education in Computer Science, you have at least 3 years of successful experience in application support.
Required skills:
- Mastery of Angular 17 or higher
- Experience in Java 17 or higher
- Experience with REST APIs and Web Services
- Knowledge of the Spring suite: IOC, Boot, Data, Batch
- Knowledge of SQL and Database modeling
- Knowledge of Linux / Unix environments and Shell Scripting. Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
- Fluent French and good written and oral communication skills.
- Good knowledge of technical English.
- Autonomous and rigorous, you have good writing skills and are able to manage your priorities.
- You are interested in the life of production solutions and their optimization;
• You are motivated to:
- Analyze code written by others, propose improvements (maintainability, robustness, etc.).
- Take ownership of analysis tools, develop complementary tools to speed up processes, and participate where applicable in the development of small evolutionary/corrective releases.
