Reporting to the BIM Management Service, your tasks will be:

• Collect, approve, and manage the digital models produced by the different disciplines,


• Perform model reviews and clash detection,


• Organize and lead BIM coordination meetings, and follow up on the resolution of identified problems,


• Train and assist project teams in the correct use of BIM tools and compliance with processes,


• Control the quality of the information contained in the digital models,


• Ensure communication with the BIM Manager (at the company level) and the client (at the project level)

• Engineering Degree (Building, Public Works, Civil Engineering) or Architect with a specialization in BIM/Digital Construction,


• Experience in construction project management, including at least 2 years as a BIM Coordinator or similar role on complex projects,


• Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Solibri, and familiar with CDE platforms,


• Excellent understanding of BIM standards and norms (ISO 19650, ISO 16739...),


• Excellent communication skills,


• Rigor, autonomy, and dynamism,


• Organization, availability, interface management,


• Team spirit.
