General Mission:

The versatile educational assistant is responsible for the daily management of the school life of the students in the establishment and must report on hygiene, health; general behavior and attendance of students; and the rationalization and optimization of resources.

Main Mission:

• Participate in the organization and implementation of the educational, training, and social activities of the establishment;
• Supervise students during breaks and during their entry and exit;
• Participate in the monitoring and follow-up of student attendance and their behavior within the establishment;
• Participate in the organization and management of the school year start;
• Ensure general compliance with the establishment's internal rules;
• Contribute to the protection of students and ensure the maintenance of spaces and property as well as the cleanliness of the premises;
• Periodically act as a boarding school supervisor;
• Participate in the management of the on-call duty;
• Contribute to the management of student conflicts;
• Assist the general supervisor in organizing daily group life outside of class time, in connection with the educational life in the establishment;
• Participate in the animation of the students' cultural, sports, and artistic life;
• Assist the teaching staff in supervising homework sessions;
• Participate in the organization of student selection tests.
 

Profile Sought:

• Diploma of at least Bac+3 level with a specialization in education or social work;
• First experience in the educational field would be desirable;
• Proficiency in computer tools (office suite) ;
• Good command of French, spoken and written; English would be an asset;
• First aid training would be desirable.
