Job :

Reporting to the Purchasing and Infrastructure Department, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating infrastructure projects to ensure their delivery on time, within budget, and meeting specific requirements.




Your main responsibilities will be:

Project analysis and planning
- Participate in program definition and needs analysis in collaboration with internal entities
- Prepare service provider consultation files
- Evaluate the technical feasibility of the project, taking into account the necessary resources and in collaboration with the project owner/management
- Establish cost estimates and develop the project's provisional budget
- Conduct in-depth studies and write project specifications
- Participate in the selection of materials, processes, and construction methods in accordance with regulatory QHSE standards
- Establish work execution schedules
- Review project technical details and supervise the execution plan
- Plan the operational implementation of the project
- Coordinate and monitor project stakeholders' actions
- Ensure compliance with regulations and the company's QHSE standards





Monitoring and control of actions
- Ensure the technical feasibility of the project and guarantee compliance with construction deadlines and costs
- Control and approve invoices and statements of account from various stakeholders in accordance with contracts and specifications
- Ensure budget monitoring and control for the project
- Contribute to the technical and financial monitoring of the construction or renovation project
- Regularly communicate on the progress of different project phases through reports
- Ensure follow-up of project-related payments





Required profile :

As a potential candidate:




- You have a Bac+5 degree (Master's level) from a top engineering school in Civil Engineering or a similar field, and you have 5 to 8 years of experience as a Project Owner, in an Engineering Office, or with a construction company.
- You have mastered computer tools and specialized software such as CAD, CAM, MS-Project.
- You have knowledge of building construction techniques.
- You have proven project management skills.
- You are autonomous and proactive.
- You are geographically mobile (numerous trips throughout Morocco are to be expected).
